I hadn't visited Chili's in quite some time, likely due to the pandemic. When I finally returned, the place was almost empty, and we were attended by a new server who seemed to lack any enthusiasm. It was clear he didn’t want to be there. We used to enjoy the lunch fajitas, but now they only offered the full meal option, which was significantly more expensive. The bartender, who was also our server, was training him, which made things even more complicated. Throughout our meal, we found ourselves repeatedly sending items back and asking questions. My experience at this restaurant was very poor. I consider myself to be a very patient person, but the service I received was unacceptable. Despite the fact that the restaurant was not busy, it took over 70 minutes for my food to be served. I eventually left before my order even arrived. The waitress, who I believe was also the manager that day, did not check on me at all or offer any kind of compensation for the long wait. I received no complimentary appetizer, dessert, refill on my drink, or any updates on the status of my order. It was a disappointing experience and I left the restaurant still feeling hungry.
Let me start off by saying that the food was great. Like most places right now they are short staffed, so patience is a must. Everybody was nice and put on a smile. What this place is lacking is experience. 2 plates came out 15 minutes apart, drinks sat at the bar for 10 minutes. No napkins at the table. Guy at the door asked if we needed a kids menu for my 5 month old (made me chuckle though)I don't believe that the wait staff is bad, or lazy, they just need some support from their management. Waiting tables is not an easy task. So, 3 stars to management.
The food at Chili's was delicious, just as you would anticipate. Typically, I would give chain restaurants a 4-star rating if everything met my expectations. However, on this occasion I have decided to give them a perfect 5 stars. Despite being severely understaffed, our server and the rest of the team worked tirelessly to ensure everything ran smoothly. If I hadn't been informed that our server was also the hostess and bartender, I would not have even noticed. Incredible job, Angel!

I ordered the meal that you pick 3 BBQ items and it comes with Corn on the cob and Texas toast. The food came out and the corn felt like it was pulled directly from the fridge and never warmed up.Overall our server was great and very attentive. The whole restaurant appeared closed, though. We got in around 7pm and they already had the bar closed with the chairs up.
Despite being understaffed, the lone waitress was truly outstanding. Another team member was efficient in seating guests and ensuring the area was clean as groups left. I’m really grateful to everyone who worked last night and made our meal enjoyable. I always appreciate those who work in the food industry. Thank you!
We ordered the two for 25. I ordered the 6 Oz sirloin and my husband ordered the Cajun chicken pasta. They did a good job considering Covid. My steak was very good but the loaded potatoes and the broccoli were just luke warm. My husband enjoyed his dinner but the waitress forgot his breadsticks.
The food at this restaurant was amazing, except for the dry and hard rice that came with my fajitas, which was a bit tough to chew. Everything else was excellent, especially the nachos. The highlight for us was the outstanding service from Natalie, who truly excelled. Kudos to her!

While I was waiting for my takeout, I overheard two female employees talking about their breast sizes. I also noticed multiple employees chatting amongst themselves and using inappropriate language. Overall, the atmosphere came across as quite unprofessional.
Food service was good. It seem like they only had 1 person working she was doing everything but she handled all her tables just fine
