I totally understand being busy, but then update your technology to provide a proper pick up time. I was told 6:28-633pm. Checked in at 6:33...i didnt get our food until 7:38. I called and they said they are really busy, which I get, not upset withthe workers doing their best, but have the system reflect at least a somewhat accurate time. The kids grilled cheese, somehowin 90 minutes wasn't cooked or grilled (bread was completely white), margaritas tasted like sour water, kids fries were wet andsoggy, skillet queso was cold. This restaurant location is quite disappointing. Each time I visit, it seems nothing ever improves. I noticed the same problems during my trip in May, but I decided to give it another chance today because they sent me a coupon, and I hadn’t eaten all day. Unfortunately, the food was not fresh, and the tables, plates, and glassware consistently appear dirty. Today, I even spotted fingerprints on my plate, which was very off-putting. I ended up heading to Taco Bell down the street for fresher food instead. The management really needs to take action to address these issues; it’s simply unacceptable. I honestly hate going to this particular restaurant because every single time I put in an order they always screw something up. I usually go to the one in Lakewood where I work and they always do an amazing job but this 1 here in Aurora just can never seem to get it right. The only reason why I have gone to this particular Chili's is because they are 3 minutes from where I live. Every time I come here they forget to give me my sides or if I asked for something extra they just don't include it. I always get dry nachos... just wish they could get it right ugh
Travis was our waiter and he was very kind, friendly, and enthusiastic. Despite our large group, we didn’t have to wait long. We had an excellent experience. All of our food was fresh and served promptly. The manager was also extremely accommodating, quickly addressing any minor issues we encountered. We will definitely be returning.

The staff at Chili's Grill were outstanding, quickly refilling drinks and delivering food fresh off the grill. They were also very personable and welcoming.
the FEW times I ever order from this place, it gets worse and worse. there was soouu much salat the fries and the whole burger was both cold and soggy.
Delicious food and excellent service! I would definitely come back here! The egg roll appetizers may seem unusual, but they’re surprisingly tasty!
