I don't know why I have gone this many years without eating here. Where to begin ... The chips and salsa are fresh, light, and tasty. The baby back ribs were fantastic. We especially liked the dry rub. The fries were also worth mentioning. They literally tasted like you were eating a perfectly baked potato that was sliced up into fries. The outsides were just the right crispness, and the inside just the right softness. The Cajun Pasta is poorly named. I went to have a bite to eat and all I ordered was an appetizer and a soup And I waited over 45 minutes to receive it. I got there at 4pm and I wasn't busy at all They were only seating the left side. Lady came in after me with her kids and mother, She ordered a lot more food than I did and she got her food before I did. I just feel that it's very unacceptable for an appetizer and a soup to take over 45 minutes. The cleanliness of the restaurant was quite disappointing, and the overall atmosphere was uninviting. My husband’s food was undercooked, and after a long wait of 30 minutes for a salad, we were shocked to find that his order was incorrect. The quality of the cooking was subpar at best. Our waitress seemed to take an eternity to place our order, and when we attempted to pay the bill, she accused us of trying to leave without settling it. I was appalled by the level of service we received; it was truly unacceptable. They deserve no stars. Management really needs to consider hiring a completely new staff, as the current team is doing a terrible job. We will not be returning to this restaurant!

This restaurant really needs to either properly train their employees or hire more competent workers... waited 15 minutes in the to go area for our order- NO ONE SHOWED... went inside to get the order-NO ONE AT THE TO GO COUNTER... when someone finally showed up, he has no idea I had checked in for my order.. food was sitting on the rack for who knows how long... asked for a manager, the hostess looked at me like I was speaking another damn language... oh, and the phone for the to-go area was left off the hook... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Just close down already
I hadn’t been to a Chili’s in a long time and was happily surprised by the healthier choices on the menu now. I tried the shrimp Caribbean salad, and it was fantastic— a perfect 10 out of 10, especially for someone focused on healthy eating like me! The server was also attentive and accommodating. If it’s been a while since you last visited, you’ll be glad you returned!
I never give bad reviews but I had to say something after this experience. Worst customer service by their manager Karma Barnes. Gift card was not honored and ended up paying for under cooked burger and beef jerky chicharonnes baby back ribs. Not to mention poorly maintained dining area with food and trash all over on the floor no exaggeration. Never going back.
I sat at the bar and waited over 20 minutes, only to be served ice-cold boneless wings and fries, which I immediately returned. I spoke with the manager, but they seemed rather indifferent to my concerns. As a result, I won't be coming back. I know it's a chain restaurant, but where has the focus on service gone?

Unfortunately, the service was quite disappointing this evening, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. Our waitress spent most of her time socializing in the bar area and ended up forgetting our drink order. It's unfortunate, as the hostess seemed to be doing her best to help out. Oh well...
