We arrive to have lunch Bartender came over to take a drink of order. Bartender returned 15 minutes later with our drink and asked us if we’d like to order no waitress. She then took our order which we ordered chips and salsa before a meal. We waited about a half an hour, never received a chips and salsa we had to ask for them. We also said, if our chips and salsa, are coming out with the meal we don’t want them. Almost 50 minutes later, I chips and salsa came out within five minutes later I Mail came out. No one ever came to our table to ask how I meal was or if we wanted another drink. The meal was awful, and the service was awful we will never go back.

We got seated right away. We sat there for over 10 minutes and no one ever even acknowledged we were there. We got up and walked out and on the way out the 3 girls in the front standing at the hostess podium never took their faces out their phones and actually said to us have a good night. Really have a good night!!! We went there for my husbands birthday and ended up with nothing. I think you need to fire 2 hostesses and hire 2 more waitresses. How disgraceful.
The servers were very nice and seated my party in a quiet area upon request. (I have sensory processing issues The service was friendly and kind and accommodating. The store was clean. My only concern was the terrifying way the bathroom lights flickeredon slowly like something from a horror movie. That's so totally subjective though lol If I am in the area I would gladly return:

I ordered takeout from the Chili's Somerset location and honestly didn't expect it to be fantastic, but it does the job in a pinch. However, who in the kitchen thought it was a good idea to serve avocado this way on two of the meals?

Food is always good even when we have done take out orders. The new Sunday menu has a lot of good options and is a great value. The drinks we tried the straw-eddy Rita and the presidente marg were both good.
