We revisited the chilli blossom after a long interlude and were not disappointed. The quality of the food is as good as i remembered and the settings generous. The Thai fish cakes and the golden tofu were starter highlights whilst the Noodi Noodi combination was the standout main alongside the dry (?) Green curry king prawns. Service is not their strength and we had to ask on a few occasions for some rice as they do not leave you a bowl but serve you a scoop on request. Also think it a little rich to be byo only and then charge corkage, but would not let that stop me from going back again.... and again.
Such a disappointment. This used to be our favourite place to eat. Under new management- been three times to give them a chance but each time we were served the wrong meal, and had to chase up our orders that never seemed to come. My pet hate- having one entree served 15 minutes before the other person at the table is served their entree. Three times outta three on this! And also mains! Flavours are also different now. After waiting nearly an hour after entrees for mains to be served tonight and then being served the wrong dish, unfortunately we won't be back.
As soon as we entered the noise level was very high. We found ourselves almost yelling to be heard. After reading reviews we expected the noise but the level was very high. We also expected great food. Our dishes were average Thai food with the lamb shanks arriving at the table cold with the curry sauce and potato ice cold. Not a pleasant way to end a meal. Staff are friendly and very good at filling water glasses but not so friendly when ask to heat the food so it can be eaten. Sadly this restaurant seems to be sliding down wards
Genuine delicious Thai food in the heart of the Shire! Their pad thai is amazing so if there's one dish I would recommend it's that. But my husband also loves their pad see eew (sorry not sure how to spell that) and we always grab a few money bags ;-) We've been here several times and everything on the menu is great so enjoy!Bon appétit!

After hearing good reports we decided to try a new Thai! We were so disappointed ! I ordered chicken Larb! Um I got some weird chicken salad nothing like a larb! The lamb curry was dry and bland! I made myself a toasted sandwich! Never again.
Meal was excellent & reasonably priced. Restaurant would be very noisy when full & cement floor doesn't help. Some chairs were very low & shorter guests had to change them to be comfortable at the table.
The food at this Thai restaurant is fantastic with a wide variety of dishes to choose from! The service and staff were excellent, and they even accommodated a stroller at our table.
CB has been a favourite of ours for a long time. We love the food. But it is very noisy when the restaurant is full. After 8pm you cant hear yourself think.

There are many Thai restaurants in the area, but CB stands out with their fantastic meals that come in very generous portions.
The Meals were tasty and reasonably priced. It was good to have a few different flavours like pineapple & rice paper rolls.
