After seeing the previous reviews, I was uncertain if I should give up this place a bit. I have the chicken lo mine and the general tso’s chicken. I couldn't be happier with the quality and eating. I plan to get the food here whenever I desire Chinese food, as it is the best Chinese food spot in the opposite.
Delicious Zha Jiang Mian (Translated on menu as noodles in fried soy sauce) and Har Gow (Shrimp dumplings). Only discovered that they are an authentic Chinese menu as well as the American-Chinese Standard-Tarife and I am ecstatic! I can't wait to come back and try more. They even have salt and pepper meats!
Been coming here for years, even when I go out to try other Dover Chinese restaurants I just keep coming back to China Yan. Portion sizes are beyond excellent, service is quick and very friendly. I think all the food is delicious and love that they expanded their menu awhile back!
Loved the buffet when it was open but with covid it has been closed. The menu is extensive with something for everyone. I have been going here for years, it's my husband's and my favorite place for Chinese. Book a table now
The food absolutely sucked. There was no flavor the portions were at best cheesy and short. Most disgusting meal I've had ever. Ever's a long time however it was right up there It sucked
The buffet is only available a few days a week, which are Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You do not open the buffet on holiday if the day does not fall in one of these three days.
The authentic menu is probably the best Chinese food I had since moving to NH. I was close to giving up on looking for good Chinese food, until I found China Yan.
Food is okay.... The WORST service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I am not sure how their still in business. I will never spend another cent there. Book a table now
