This is the worst Chipotle experience I've ever had. I was told to order online when I first came in by a customer not the employees. I then noticed they were just sitting orders out in the floor area on a shelf. Inspite of having several customers sitting inside the restaurant they never announced any names while placing ready orders out on the shelf on the floor where anyone could just come in and grab a bag but I placed my orders which included graucamole. When I asked for vegetables on my tacos, she bluntly responded, “No, we don’t have any,” refusing to let me wait for the next batch and unwilling to walk just a few steps to the to-go station to grab some veggies. I was left with no option but to accept there would be no veggies.
Next, I requested pico de gallo, and again, she said they didn’t have any. I didn’t mind waiting for a fresh batch, but she told me it would take another 20 minutes to make more, even though the to-go station just a few steps away was fully stocked with all the ingredients. It seems like the employees are trained to say no rather than putting in a little extra effort to satisfy customers.

I?ve lived in Decatur 10 years but this was my first time visiting this Chipotle because there are so many delicious local restaurants nearby. This will also be my last time visiting. We visited at 5pm on a Wednesday and waited in line 20 minutes. Itdidn?t move for the first 10. Then when we got to the front there were no black beans, no grilled vegetables, no guacamole andjust the last dribbles of chicken. It was the saddest, most disappointing Chipotle bowl I?ve ever had that I still had to payfull price for even though they didn?t half the things I wanted to put on it. Never again.

I read the reviews and still wanted to check it out for myself. And the reviews are pretty much a really good description of what to expect at this location. Employees weren?t bad.. they weren?t good either. I would?ve rated at least three stars, butthe fact that the floor was littered with napkins, ice, straws, plastic cutlery, etc. is why it resulted in the two-star rating.This isn?t my first time at this location and I can professionally say it has declined in ?achieving customersatisfaction.? Whomever reads this.. you?ve been warned; experience at your own risk.
Had my daughter pick me up a salad. They had no corn salsa, no sour cream, had to find black beans and still didn?t add them. They had no cheese dip or guacamole and chips. This salad cost ten dollars they could have at least filled it with lettuce. I asked for a first responder discount because they had no food prepared. They had the food and was set to close in 2 hours and still said no. That?s fine but at least give me a whole salad with what was left and they didn?t even do that now this has to last 12 hours. I will never go back there.:
This location is serving kids portions at regular prices. To top it off, you can only order online so you don?t even have a chance to see how poorly they?re making the bowls. If things are so bad that they are taking online orders only, just shut this location down and reallocate resources to another nearby location. It?s an absolute mess inside with SO MANY people waiting for orders and employees throwing them on a shelf (without even calling out names). These bowls aren?t even half filled.
During my visit, the restaurant was in between shifts, which meant the food appeared to have been sitting out for a while. However, the server went out of her way to get fresh dishes, and more staff members began arriving to assist. She even offered a complimentary drink to the woman behind me for the wait. Her kindness and exceptional hospitality truly stood out. I would return just to see her again. She reminded me that no one is perfect, and it's okay to make mistakes.

Ordered through DD. They skimped on ALL ingredients! The bowl had about 10 black beans, a teaspoon of guacamole that I paid extra for, no sour cream, about 5 pieces of chicken, very little sofritas. I will NEVER order from this location again. This is such a disappointment compared to how Chipotle used to be and compared to other locations. I will be contacting DD and maybe this location needs to be removed from their list of options.
