I frequently visit this restaurant to pick up my daughter's food, but I have had multiple instances where other food particles have been mixed in. It is frustrating to come home and find mushrooms in her bowl when she is allergic to them, or corn in her sour cream. This has happened on a regular basis and for the price I pay, it is unacceptable. I hope they can improve on this aspect of their service.
The steak and chicken were undercooked, but everything else was excellent. The portion sizes and presentation were spot on. The staff at the restaurant were exceptional. I would definitely dine here again if I could ensure the rice was thoroughly cooked. It would be beneficial for the chef to sample the dishes before serving them.
I don't usually write negative reviews, but this time I have to. I've been charged for chips three times now and it's really frustrating. I'm always in a rush and expect them to do their job like any other Chipotle. I order my bowl and chips, but they always seem to forget.
The burrito bowl had too much rice and very little barbacoa. The guacamole was supposed to be large but looked more like a small portion and was brown. The chips, despite being advertised as large, were mostly stale. Overall, not worth the money spent. Book a table now
The restaurant consistently makes mistakes with orders and consistently includes a minimal amount of food, such as a small portion of chips, in the takeout bags. The errors are a continual issue.
My go too Chipotle, only downside is it's location, the parking lot is the tiniest bit annoying which for me makes me not choose to go here sometimes. But service it always perfect.
They have great customer service. I order on door dash pretty often and I’ve never had a problem with my order. The food always tastes good.
How they not gonna have CILANTRO RICE for an option. Makes no sense horrible Book a table now
