I love the location but I do not like the food or the service whoever does the chicken needs to be retrained the chicken is always overcooked and burnt the rice is usually undercooked or overcooked the service varies depending on the person.. they have a hard time listening to the portions being thrown on a bowl I love chipotle but I only get great food and service from locations further away preferably the laurel location get it together chipotle.
Pick up is so hard at this location for NO reason. The workers just look at you and don’t acknowledge when you say anything to them which is crazy when you have someone specifically working on pickup orders. Just put the food back on the shelves if you’re going to make the process hard! Had to grab my own food and go one time cause I stood there for 5 mins and they just kept making bowls. I keep going back because it's close to my house, but they really don’t know how to make burritos. I’ve eaten a third of my carnitas burrito and still haven't gotten a single bite of meat. This same thing happened the last time I was there when I ordered double chicken. I suggest ordering in person so you can see them prepare your food. Otherwise, they will give you less than any other Chipotle I’ve been to. Food rating: 2/5.
The workers are so nasty especially to a person with disabilities. The restaurant is nasty drink machines are filthy. The floor had trash on it the tables have food on them and trash is overflowing. I visited this location for the first time and had a great experience. The service was quick, and the dining area was clean. I dined in for brunch, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 out of 5. I highly recommend the Burrito Bowl!
The majority of the staff displayed professionalism. Some hoarded food service once order for preparation for making bowl for purchase. Food purchase and quality as well as quantity should reflect the purchase price of food items requested by customers. Service: Take out Meal type: Brunch
The service was excellent, and the bar area was clean. Iesha, the staff member, was friendly and very helpful to me and the other guests. She assisted her teammate with completing tasks, which was truly impressive.
