The drive-thru wait can be quite lengthy, with lines sometimes reaching up to eight cars. However, I understand the importance of having food that is hot and properly prepared rather than rushed and potentially unsafe. Generally, the quality is decent, but the last time I visited a few months ago, my housemate remarked that the fries had an unpleasant smell reminiscent of a dead mouse (a long story!). We ended up throwing the food away, and fortunately, we didn't get food poisoning.
the chicken (ordered a spicy asiago sandwich) was disgusting… it was soggy and chewy. I love wendy’s but this will be the first and only time i’m ordering from here. I have never experienced this rancid quality in the copious amount of times I went to wendy’s. Mind you, i rarely review places but this disgusted me enough to review it one star.
I waited 35 minutes in the drive thru with 3 cars in front of me. I’m A restaurant manager myself and the wait times are unacceptable, my spicy nuggets were cold and they still put mayo on my burger! The only thing that was good were the fries. You guys need to hire more employees and train them properly.
They falsely claimed that spoons and straws were included in the bag, which wasn't enough for our group, forcing us to go get more. Additionally, they put cheese on my burger, even though I specifically asked for it to be taken off. Book a table now
Absolutely the rudest workers, who are also the slowest. Multiple times they've refused to serve a mobile order in the drive through, even though I selected drive through pickup. It's kind of bizarre how rude they get.
Unfortunately, I didn't notice that I was shortchanged until I got home. I ordered and paid for a Dave's Double, but I received a Double Stack instead, which has smaller patties and no lettuce.
I ordered the pretzel Baconator, but they gave me the regular one instead. It was good, but I was really looking forward to trying the pretzel version. I don’t usually eat at Wendy’s anyway.

The hot fries resulted in a lengthy wait, so be prepared for that. The food was tasty, but the wait for the hot fries was quite long.
