IHOP is currently promoting new biscuit sandwiches, and since I love biscuits, I decided to try one. However, what was served didn’t resemble a biscuit at all. I’m not saying it tasted bad, but it didn’t match the promotional image. On the other hand, the steak omelette was filled with shredded steak chunks, which earned it an A+ from me.

Today with my kids after a long day at work. We were happy almost no one was at IHOP we thought we should get our food faster. The waiter first seem nice then we ordered our drinks with a peace of lime or lemon but he forgot. Then my daughter ask for pancakes but with all the topping on the side and fries no hash brown that didn’t get done. He forgot my short stack I ate half of my burger without a drink. He would ask “do you need anything else?” And immediately walk away. Come to find out another table ask to clean their table but he sat them down at a dirty table. We waited 20 minutes after being seated, and the only reason we finally got a server was because someone from another table alerted the staff to our presence. This really soured the entire experience for us this morning. I definitely won’t be going back to IHOP again.

This is the best IHop ever, the manager Jeffrey is a real leader! He is so professional and extraordinaire! Micah our server was so amazing. They checked in severally with passion and respect. I wish I can give a 10.
When we received the bill, the waitress seemed to suggest how much we should tip her. Tips should be determined by the quality of service, not recommended amounts.
I was thrilled to discover that they finally offer vegan plant-based options, including breakfast sausage, and it is absolutely delicious!
Food was fantastic, service was excellent and the music was jamming. We couldn't have asked for a better breakfast, highly recommend.
