They were under staffed it appeared and tables were all dirty. My burrito was thrown together rice and beans at bottom and cheese and meat and lettice at the top. Nothing had any flavor like the 1 on Annapolis road. It's always perfect store is always clean food is fresh and tasteful. I did want to commend the young man who was busier than the other employees and was working his hardest by his self to get line down while other employees were meeting and mingling in the dining room back and forth. This location is going downhill. The food is inconsistent never tastes the same. Now it?s almost always it doesn?t taste good. Ive tried going during the day when it?s not as crowded and it makes no difference. This location is always understaffed. Last time I ate here, it was terrible and my food was cold. The beans were not cooked and tasted like they came from a can. The steak was chewy and not cooked well. The food lacks flavor and seasoning. I?m going back to Cava and Seoul Spice!!! Also don?t order online or use delivery apps here the order is never right.

Although the interiors are simple, featuring concrete floors, you save money on the ambiance. The spaces are clean and adequate, with the added convenience of a fast, assembly-line style service that's both affordable and quite healthy. The food is delicious, and they have excellent takeout options.
I don?t give out unfair reviews. With that said I had a chicken burrito with beans etc from this Chipotle location and I had the worst food poisoning I?ve had in my life afterwards. Gross details: I threw up the entire burrito, none of it was digested. We?re talking throwing up 7 times or so, very painful. I don?t know if this was due to raw chicken, spoiled cheese, or anything in between but overall the food needs to be inspected for safety and cooked thoroughly

There was a line but that?s typical and there wasnt no forks, knives, or spoons available inside when the cashier told me he put some in the bag when i brought it to his attention. There wasnt a problem for me but a guy had to wait while people passed him because they ran out of beans but im sure that happens often. Satisfied with the food i got plus i got points toward free food using the chipotle app on my phone.
I ordered from Chipotle through Uber Eats, and it was a disappointing experience. My steak was mistakenly replaced with chicken, and both bowls included black beans when only one should have. Additionally, the rice tasted stale, and everything was unappetizing! I strongly advise against ordering from this location. Huge disappointment! F rating!
The juice drinks were nearly empty when I ordered. This isn’t the first time I've encountered this issue with a large drink not being filled adequately. They should definitely keep a closer eye on the supply and refill it more often, especially given the number of customers at this location. Aside from that, everything else was great.
