On February 20, 2022, I bought a lunch bowl from the Homewood IL location to take to work. I placed the bag on my car's backseat after leaving Chipotle. When I arrived at work and took the bag out of my car, I held it by the handles and everything fell straight through the bottom of the bag. I contacted the manager, Brandon, who apologized and told me to come in to get my order again. I was very pleased with the excellent customer service. Some places might have refused to reissue the order, but that was not the case here. Great job.
Food was good portion size was better then normal. Customer service was A1 they even made sure we were fully vaccinated for dinner in the way there supposed to. I enjoyed my late dinner. I didn't understand however how they were fully opened even allowing dine in and both men and women restrooms had signs that said out of order. I didn't think that was too cool I know they offer hand sanitizer stations I however like to wash my hands before I eat and also after i eat. I other then that I had no complaints and everything was good!
This restaurant can be hit or miss. Sometimes you can experience good food and service, but other times it may be poor. It is recommended to go inside to ensure that your order is correct, as ordering online and picking up can be risky. The wait times at this location are on the slow side, even compared to other Chipotle locations with similar lines. While it may not be my first choice, I would still consider it to be okay. I have been to other Chipotle locations that were much more poorly operated than this one.
Why don't ALL of the Chipotle's give extra cilantro when you ask? 2 stores said they can't give it. 1 of the 2 said there is a shortage!!!! SMH! This store the young lady said they only cook with it and not give it to the customers. But she did give me a spoonful in a cup. One store just piles it on for me. I love it!!! So if I could have gotten a nice amount on my bowl today I would have given this store 5 . Chicken was not burnt and beans weren't dry

that's one of the worst chipotles I was on and it's disappointing. there are never enough food ready. the flesh is burned. the preparations talk about their eating. there is in the rule a ton of uber isst prepared to give up so that in the rule there is a long line. there was water that driped out of the return opening over the food. eating is overcontaminated. the quality is just not there. I give them only 2 stars because they were clean.
Had a sign up saying, “online orders only.” This is very inconvenient for some customers. Staff appeared to be mad. Staff who prepped my food was laughing over my food. My tacos smelled like it was near bleach. The shells were stale. My tacos were cold. They didn’t give me everything that I ordered.
I purchased 2 Burrito bowls for $25. The server placed them in a paper bag without handles, causing one to fall out and spill. They refused to replace the spilled bowl, so I was very disappointed with the customer service. I will not be returning to Chipotle again.
bad customer service. employees have very bad employment. not only dod they increase their prices, but they have the nerve to be cheap with their portions. their parts are becoming smaller and smaller. but this special makes it really a bad experience

I like chipotle and my chicken bowl this time was just okay. I felt as if I had a rice dish instead of a chicken dish. the guacamole was also super salty, which was a disappointment. I hope next time I visit the food will be good again
