I had the worst experience at Chipotle that I've ever encountered. As soon as I walked in, the staff seemed to deliberately avoid making eye contact with me and didn't recognize my presence until a line started forming behind me several minutes later. One of the newer employees was assigned to prepare my bowl, and he was very kind. However, there was an older woman on staff who continuously criticized him, which made the situation quite uncomfortable. Additionally, when I requested a side of salsa, she had him pour out half of it, even though it wasn't full to begin with. I believe this location could greatly benefit from new management or, frankly, may need to be shut down entirely.
The employee at the counter was wearing gloves while making a burrito for the man ahead of me. After completing his order, she went to the register to ring him up and then returned to prepare my order without changing her gloves. Since I didn't order anything she would have to touch directly, I chose not to say anything at the time. By the time I finished, there was someone else at the register, and she assisted them without changing her gloves, handling their food as well.
This is the worst Chipotle I've ever visited. The service is incredibly slow, and the food is often prepared unevenly and frequently served cold. I usually choose to go to a different location, even if it means going out of my way. Additionally, my kids' quesadillas were just two crumpled tortillas with no cheese inside. This restaurant consistently ranks among the worst I've ever experienced.
It seems that the quality at Chipotle has notably decreased. Many locations frequently forget to add lime and cilantro to the rice, the meats often come out overcooked and bland, and I've heard that the meat is now pre-marinated in bags instead of being freshly prepared in the kitchens. Moreover, the staff at different locations often appear to be quite unhappy.

absolute worst chipotle i?ve ever been too. There were over 5 employees standing around and not one would help me. They were also out of a lot of there topping and did not let costumers know until it was to late and the bowl was already being made.Would not recommend going here.
The location of this Chipotle is great, but unfortunately the staff behind the counter put very low portions; even when you ask for a double of something like rice, they put very little.
Double charged for food. The restroom was filthy and toilet handle was hanging from the toilet. Manager refused to refund the charge or disclose her name. Extremely frustrating.
The folks at this location are very helpful. I appreciate that Chipotle raises their meat ethically, and my tummy is happy when I eat here.
