There was a time when Chipotle Mexican Grill was as iconic as Starbucks. However, the severe issues with food contamination hit the business hard. Before the pandemic, I genuinely thought Chipotle was finished. Yet, the Covid pandemic overshadowed those troubles and gave Chipotle the opportunity to regroup and address the issues related to food safety. While it may not be as popular as it once was, Chipotle is making a comeback. At this location, the service was good, and it benefits from a great spot with plenty of parking. It's my neighborhood Chipotle, and I appreciate their menu.
I believe the staff doesn't care about the quality. I tried to give this place a chance several times plus there aren't many options for a quick serve restaurant aside from the usual Fast food places. Ordered the steak and it's the second time I had pieces that were not chewable. There were tendon pieces left which should have been trimmed off. Rip off for the price you pay. Hardly a full serving of protein.
I always order for pick up and they always ignore people waiting to pick up even if the restaurant is empty. If I'm standing in the pick up area, it means I'm picking up. It's not that hard. Don't just look at me. It literally takes like 10 seconds to give me my food. I'll start tipping once they get their act together.
**Parking:** There is ample parking available, including handicap spots.
**Kid-friendliness:** The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is great for kids.
**Wheelchair Accessibility:** The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for everyone to enjoy.

I love the food its refreshing organic ,they have a good service ,fast and staff are freindly .the store is clean.Vegetarian options: Just order sofritas( tufo) bowl salad with lettuce,corn salsa ,mild tomato ,green salsa with cheese and sour cream.
I dine here a few times each month, and the quality is consistently great. The restaurant is well-kept, and the customer service is outstanding. This Chipotle truly deserves a perfect 5 stars!
I would like to post a picture but don't know how my taco has three teeny tiny pieces of meat in it. My husband's burrito didn't hardly have any meat either did they run out of meat.
They serve the meat with the same urgency as if it were being taken from the plates of their own starving children.

Today we bought 2 Burritos in the afternoon, which looked like cakes, they were not formed well. Totally depressed.
I had the steak burrito, and it was absolutely delicious!
