I ordered 10 Burrito bullets. The employees made it obvious that they did not want to make a 10 Burrito order and began to complain and ask if they could take a 10 Burrito order. When the manager said it was not different than 10 customers who asked for a burrito each, the staff started getting the dishes. They fought me all the time and threw the bowls in the air when I told them they were not all identical. It was so bad that the manager had to get in and he himself made the order for me. Ice machine was empty had to ask to be refilled. Lemonade drinks empty the staff did nothing to fix that issue. The store is very dirty food all over the floor and tables left dirty not sanitized. I bet the food prepared is the same way. One of the worst Chipotle restaurants I have eaten in. The bathroom was scummy was not cleaned in weeks. I will never eat at this place again for fear I'll get sick from the food. Whoever owns this place better get it fixed or you will be out of business. Wouldn't bother me a bit if it does.
Ordered my food through mobile pickup. My promised time was 7p. I got it 30 minutes later. Ordered extra protein and a large chip and guac and I?m fumid because you guys were greedy, I suppose. Definitely shouldn?t see the bottom of the bowl? I specifically go to chipotle because of the bowls and I have forgiven you guys time and time again. You guys seemed very understaffed, looks like there?s more people in the kitchen that could be helping with mobile orders if you aren?t taking orders personally?
New management needs help from companies. All beverage machines were down and they can still take cash after many months of this problem. Almost always the main components are missing or not available. You gave me a sloppy mess of the sour cream on the Burrito. Certainly much more than the average person would want. It was all I could really taste and with the consistency of the Burritos I couldn't even eat it. Come almost every day and it was great!

Our steak dishes were very delicious and filled with our desired ingredients. But there were no forks. No. Not one. They asked for some and said they had only spoons. Okay..... Not sure why our total number for 2 steak nuts and 1 medium drink changed to $34... because I didn't get a receipt. Although not during a busy lunch break, the cashier seemed to do better than friendly or accommodating. Good food, terrible service. We're not going back.
Stopped by at 12:45 pm Sunday, August 14th 2022. Best I've ever seen a Chipotle run. Food was tasty and well portioned (no skinny burritos, not exploding burritos), and the staff was moving the line as quick as I've ever seen. Awesome job.
No more order with the app! Finally back here. Same quality as ever. Mostly a bit of a lunch rush, but they work it from Update 110322 Huge line as always for lunch. The new GG Steak was very good.
