I am incredibly disappointed with my local Chipotle! The quality of the food has significantly declined since they first opened. For starters, the food is almost always served cold, and it’s extremely rare to receive a warm or hot bowl. The chicken steak can be so tough and old that I can hardly chew it; I often end up having to spit it out. I've also received bowls where the rice is in clumps, resembling rice balls. And let me tell you, forget about ordering online for delivery—you're just given scraps! They rarely fill the bowl properly for delivery orders. I've given this Chipotle many chances, but I've finally had enough. You won't be getting my money again. This is simply unacceptable....
This location is totally disgusting. Someone is going to get sick eating at the Nanuet location. Trash piled up and spilling onto the floor. Food splatter all over in the kitchen area. It’s obvious they don’t clean very well or at all. The state needs to shut that location down. It is so unsanitary and gross. I have been to many locations all over the country and this has to be one of the worst I walked in. We didn’t even order and left in total disgust. I recommend to find a better place to eat. I will never stop there again. Wish I had taken pictures but too late for that.
To be completely honestly, the only thing consistent about this location, is the fact that they are inconsistent, and there has always been more lack of customer service, wrong orders, and cross contamination, than there will be the positive opposite.I’ve grown tired of giving this location chances.There’s a great location at the mall, this place is a mess.
I was really disappointed with this location. I visit often because the food is good, but the staff lacks basic customer service skills. Additionally, three customers, including myself, arrived at 9:54 PM, 9:56 PM, and 9:57 PM, but the doors were already locked. Since closing time is supposed to be at 10 PM, the doors should remain open until then.

The restaurant frequently runs out of meat and is stingy with the lettuce in their salads. It seems like there are many employees standing around without any tasks. Although the girl at the register was friendly, it was evident that the staff lacks proper training in managing the place effectively.
Delicious as always! I ordered my usual, but today I was a little let down. I paid extra for the queso sauce, but there wasn't enough for me to really taste it. Overall, I would rate it 8.5/10.
There's a reason this place has a low rating. Food isn't fresh. Service is trash. The orders are always wrong. Just go to the west Nyack. You have a better chance there.
Horrible food and place. New steak item tasteless. Salad with veggies a joke. Just some peppers. Waste of 32 dollars. Also dirty tables all over
