The worst place to ever order food from... so I place an online order picked up my order only to find 3 pieces of chicken when I paid for 2x protein plus was missing other stuff I asked for. So I called the store was hung up in my face not once but twice. I decided to drive back over to the store only to be told I have to call a number in order to get my refund, I asked for the manager and was told a bold face lied that they were on a conference call at 10 pm yea freaking rite I will never step foot in that place again. Also the workers are so freaking rude.
I visited Chipotle and asked for a water cup, but the employee behind the counter simply pointed to where it was. When I asked again, I was ignored by the staff, who just stood there and did nothing. This kind of service has happened before at this location. I was ignored multiple times, my order was consistently wrong, and the food never tasted fresh. I do not recommend dining at this location. The food is not great and the staff seems too lazy to even hand out a simple water cup.
I absolutely adore the chicken bowl at this restaurant! It is convenient to place an order, pay, and choose to dine in or take it to-go for less than $10. There are indoor seating options as well as a small outdoor terrace. Finding the location on Third Street Promenade can be a bit tricky, but it's located south of 1212 Santa Monica Blvd on the same side, south of Wilshire. The staff is both efficient and friendly, making for a pleasant dining experience.
The worst experience ever had me waiting for 5min and attending other people and they finally told me they didn’t have as much food I left so unprofessional when the whole time I was standing there they could have said something there was 3 more employees there just talking not even trying to help me worst service ever never will go there !

Horrible customer service only reason why I gave a star was to be able to write the review.. this is one of the worse Chipotles I have been to. Portions were so small and they I say they cause no one had q name tag on) gave attitude when it was brought up to their attention
I came here to eat while I was having my car serviced at the dealership down the street. The food was good, especially for mall food. It did take a while for the food to be ready, but I figured at least it’s fresh.
This restaurant appears to be the only establishment in the Del Amo food court that actually serves food. The other three stalls we tried were all closed or only selling merchandise.
A really good place to eat, i personally love black beans and it so happen that they have black beans. I buy a cane asada burrito with extra black beans.

Been to many chipotle, qdoba, burrito type places, this place gave me the smallest burrito yet. It was good though!!!
