Again, we are eating Chipotle because the children want Chipotle. We have come in a few times and its not too busy usually. Service is fast so that's good.My go to is a salad bowl with carnitas. This location doesn't crisp up their carnitas like the other Pleasant Hill location does. Its pretty wet as they say.They dole out bigger portions here it seems too. But that doesn't mean its better. Chipotle is the perfect 3 star restaurant no matter which one you go into. Its ok and hits the spot. Nothing more, nothing less.
Just picked up an order off their app, ordered extra steak and got a bowl with maybe 3/4s of a regular serving as well as maybe 1/4 of everything else. This location is scamming people. Its insane to me to be paying for extra condiments, steak queso etc and receiving this low of a quantity.
As a local in Martinez, I frequently visit Chipotle a couple of times a week. This location is my favorite—it's always fresh, clean, and offers great service with perfect portion sizes. I genuinely look forward to dining here and truly appreciate the hard work of all the employees.
This restaurant seems to be primarily managed by young staff. Our order came out completely incorrect, and both plates had raw rice that was inedible. It seems like if you flirt with the staff, you might get more food or meat. Overall, not a great experience.

I would give it five stars, but they ran out of everything between 9 and 10 PM and started closing up 45 minutes early, which was disappointing.
Annoying when you order online and 3 people walk in and out while your still waiting for one item..
