Chuck E. Cheese - Table reservation

Yesterday I had a reservation for My baby second birthday, which was very special for me and the service was terrible. When I walked in an employee ask to confirm my order and mentions our host was on lunch. We didn’t know who our host was until a hour later that she shows up and didn’t assistance with anything the whole time she was just cleaning up getting stuff together for them to leave.I had to host myself serve the pizza and all it’s really upsetting to go through this nobody deserves to feel this way on celebrating a special day! Never again worse service ever!!

This is by far the cleanest, best maintained Chuck E. Cheese I've ever been to. The staff is so kind and attentive. They have security guards placed at the entrance and throughout the game areas. The eating areas, salad bar, and drink station were very clean... Even the bathrooms were spotless. All the games were in good working order too. We had a great time here today and will definitely be back again soon!

Things have sure changed since I was last here. The kids love it. I, however went broke but the visit was priceless. Whatever happened to coupons or discounts damn.

Took my grandson today it was a great experience. Everyone was so nice food was good fresh. My grandson enjoyed himself we will definitely be back ?

Customer service good and sometimes u gotta wait for something's but yea good customer service
