very rude staff! take your money somewhere else. Rude employees who look like they were forced to work. on the counter stood for good 4mins, when 3 workers turned their back on me when they wanted to do something work. after ordering and sitting outside the coffee was simply not said a word before me. are they warned, go over this caffe and have a good time with pleasant personal and lively atmosphere
For a place where the coffee should be the hero, it was most disappointing Took the first flat whit back as the coffee was like dish water. Milk was not stretched and the was no creama what so ever. Requested a second coffee to be made which was really no better, for the price will not be going back Send your staff on a barista course so they can learn how to make coffee!
Good coffee. Food, not so much.. I took my mum out for coffee and cake. The cake was rock hard (not an exaggeration I'm afraid) and tasted like the fridge. Staff however were lovely, and apologised giving us our money back. Coffee was great. I got a supersized latte and it wasn't watered down to fit the cup. I will definitely come back, just not for food.
2 coffees ordered, waitress spiled a charge when it comes to table, apologised with some serviettes! How about a new coffee? worse was to come when we tried the coffee, as already mentioned, cappuccino had consistency of feed water with zero foam! simply terrible. 1.5 stars get in because the venue is beautiful with a lot of seating. Book a table now
I had just brunch here and my experience was good. I ordered one of the specials of the day and chose the ciabatta pollo together with a latte. I thought it tastes great. the service was good and the ladies were friendly and efficient. I would go back.

I had a lovely experience here this morning. The girl behind the counter was bubbly, service fast, and the coffee was great. .the only decent one iv had in lakeside so far! I would come here again for sure

Rude staff! I ordered a regular dine in latte.. Got given a large take away cappuccino. Then had to deal with rude staff just to get the right coffee. Not worth the wait.
