We just found this place and ordered take out last night. Ordered over the phone. Their phone system tells you what place you are in the queue. Person that took my order was polite and helpful with special requests to the pie. It was a Friday night, and the place was very busy, but nonetheless in and out quickly. Both staff members that assisted me were very friendly and professional. Cicero's special pizza and a meat lovers calzone. Very good food. It is not correct to compare this place to Dominos. This pizza is really delicious! I did encounter a small issue when I ordered through Postmates, though. I ordered a dinner salad for $4.98 and upgraded it to a family size for an extra $4.95 as per the app. To my surprise, I received two massive salads and was charged double instead of just getting one salad for a little over $9. While it's still a great deal, it's way too much salad for two people. I guess we can save it for a couple of days and eat it gradually, right? The food here is always amazing and the family style portions and recipes are great! Both during the call to place the order and in person I was very offput by the receptions attitude and apparent disdain for working here. I hope the return to more friendly staff happens soon!
This restaurant consistently serves the best pizza in the area that I've found. They appear to be working on adjusting their hours and prices in the post-pandemic landscape. I really hope they succeed in this endeavor.
