The food was delicious, but my experience with the staff was disappointing. While I was in line, the second cashier waved at me in a strange way. When I ordered, she pulled out several cinnamon bun packages and seemed annoyed that I only wanted one. At the end of my order, she gave me just one fork, even though I was sitting with three boys under ten. We were the only customers at 11:15 PM, and she thought one fork would suffice. When I asked for more, she tossed them to me. Initially, I wondered if I was being overly sensitive. However, a few moments later, I heard another customer addressing the same cashier, expressing his frustration about waiting so long and how rude she had been to him...
Every time we visit Tahoe, we make it a tradition to stop here. You absolutely have to try their rolls! They’re popular enough that the rolls are always fresh, but the service is quick enough that you won't have to wait long. Their coffee is superior to Starbucks and only half the price. The ice cream is nice, but we typically end up at ColdStone in the Village, which has become another quirky tradition of ours.
We purchased 12 mini buns and brought them back to our room, but they were stale and hard on the bottom. The next day, I went back to express my concern. I didn't want a refund or replacement; I simply wanted to share my feedback. However, the young lady I spoke to just shrugged it off and didn't offer any apology or acknowledgment.
So I just showed up at the Cinnabon shop at Harveys lake Tahoe and was told the girl there was taking them home to sell and would not sell me any because it was 5 minutes before closing and she already had a place to sell them on the side ! ! ! WOW !!!!! Are you kidding me !!!!!!

Unfortunately, nothing was open to get regular food. My experience was good, albeit I wanted real food, not just sweet stuff. But it was delicious and the nice old lady that waited on me was well deserving of the ten dollar tip I left her.
Geego was so sweet to us when we got snacks last minute from him! He has amazing customer service and if we go back we would love to see him again!

Cinnamon rolls are amazing! Fresh, hot and delicious! It is a bit pricey though. 12 bucks for a roll and coffee seems like a bit too much for me
