Friends, if you happen to be in South Lake Tahoe and tread past the state line into Nevada, please do yourself a favor and stop for an iced matcha latte! Before deciding to head back home to Sacramento the husband and I searched for a local coffee shop to connect to, read reviews, stopped all the searching and decided to head here. I always go for the matcha lattes when I’m visiting new coffee shops and instantly was like “OH YEAH.” I’m set! Gaaaaaah, I love a sweet matcha latte and didn’t even have to ask for it to be sweetened, seems as if it comes this way! So if you’re wanting to venture out and try an iced matcha that gives less of the “grassy” taste, this coffee shop won’t disappoint....
For those with dietary restrictions, they have several non-dairy milk choices and decaf coffee available. As for parking, Clyde’s is situated within a shopping center, but it stands independently from the other buildings. There's a spacious shared parking lot that always has available spots.
It's also a very kid-friendly environment, providing plenty of room for children to unwind while parents enjoy their drinks. With a welcoming outdoor deck and comfortable indoor lounge areas, every corner of the shop is designed for relaxation.
I’m so glad that I get to visit this cozy local coffee shop nearby always support local brews! The place is styled like a vintage ski lodge, with wooden decor and plenty of outdoor and ski themed touches. The staff are super friendly. They offer fresh brews from light to dark roast, and a variety of delicious pastries. We had apple strudel. It’s a bit on the sweet side but paired perfectly with our fresh brew coffee. Comfy atmosphere. plenty seats. free parking right outside.
This coffee shop is adorable! The entire staff was incredibly friendly and patient with us. As a family of five, we had quite a few decisions to make when ordering, so we truly appreciated their understanding. The food was outstanding, and the coffee was fantastic too. They even prepare homemade whipped cream! I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

I visited this place twice during my trip to South Lake Tahoe, and I absolutely loved it both times! The pastries and breakfast sandwiches are amazing, the staff is really friendly, and the coffee is excellent—no bitterness in the espresso at all. I can’t wait to return!
First timers out in lake Tahoe with our tribe of little ones for their birthdays. This mama needed some coffee n did my research. Came across this cozy coffee shop. Worth the try Good vibes all around!! Coffee was Great and their chocolate croissants were yummy!! ?
This is a nice place, with a nice cabin feeling atmosphere. We had some iced coffees, and it gave us that caffine fix we needed. The staff was friends and there was plenty of parking. There isn't a drive threw but they had fresh pastries.
Incredible workers. Super kind and understanding when a huge group of us walked in. Very cordial and really good food and coffee. Super cute spot perfect for aesthetic pictures and a lot of seating in front. What more could you ask for.
