Cold Stone Creamery

So I went to cold stone around a couple months ago. The store was solid. But overtime I feel like the store wasn't as good anymore. Firstly, the table wasn't as clean as it suppose to be. One time I went in, I saw around like 3 people in the back who weren't paying attention to the customer in front. It look them around 5 mins before they came out and saw me and my family. It used to be a good store, but overall I wouldn't go here anymore

I ordered mint mint chocolate chip ice cream for pick up which contain brownie and chocolate chip. However, what I got was just mint ice-cream that contain a very little bit brownie and chocolate chip! You can see in my attached photo! So, I review this because I hope your store will improve your quality.

Oh i simply loved this ice cream place, very cozy and well located next to pizza shop and regal cinemas. Its amazing flavors were too yummy to resist. The staff was very courteous and served fresh and good quantity. The restroom was also very clean.

Ice cream was delicious but the lady working July 14th Night Shift with the long greenish hair was incredibly rude.
