Hi my name is Michael and I really wanted to tell cold stone they have a real diamond in there hands with great and amazing customer service I have always gone but service was not so great from the guys you have they are rude and they treat you with to customer service at all and I went this last time and I hade the most best and excellent customer service bye a young lady named DESTENNY she has green eye and the most amazing customer service I was going to go to a other place but she won't us back she is amazing and has great people skills and she took her time to explain most all the ice cream mix's and I even found my new favorite thanks to her DESTENNY was super amazing and to be honest...
I understand that working in customer service can be frustrating, but when that negative attitude starts affecting my experience, I feel compelled to speak up. The server who helped me looked exasperated, and to make matters worse, they didn't have the Reese's Pieces I initially wanted for my ice cream. Instead, I ordered an Oreo Overload, and I was disappointed to find only three Oreos scattered on a large size, with barely any broken pieces mixed in—along with a meager amount of chocolate chips and fudge.
I let things slide during my previous visits, but it's really unacceptable to skimp on toppings for customers just because of a bad attitude at work. Please do better.
OUTRAGEOUS. horrible customer service always hiring rude teenagers that catch an attitude for no reason, i asked for two specific flavors and she got it wrong, i politely said i ordered coffee and then she gave me a rude look. She then asked me if i wanted toppings so i said May i have marshmallow and she just got a handful and plopped it on the cup!!! She was the shortest one there and had a full face of makeup and was wearing a gold chain. Her 2 other co workers were much more polite with other customers tho! one was wearing a mask!
I ordered online and thought I would arrive on time, but unfortunately, there was an accident on the way, and I ended up getting there after Cold Stone had closed. Fortunately, I noticed some employees still inside and explained my situation. I asked if I could still pick up my order. The girl I spoke to was very polite and said yes—she really saved the day. Thank you!

I bought a cake and while I was cutting it I found 1 long hair and like 4 shorter- thicker hair. Super disgusting and dissapointing. Not sure if I would ever get another one again. Update 7/13: I tried contacting corporate AND the store manager.I never heard anything back from either one. Not even an apology, bad business on their part.
Who does not love ice cream? It is good, and here, the quality is top-notch. I mean, young adults work here, but they are pretty nice if you let them know ahead of time. But I will for sure always love this place.
I purchased a cake on Christmas Eve and ordered it online. I had no problems with the process, which was quite efficient. The quality of the cake was excellent, and I will definitely be back again.
Horrible rude workers. I stood in the store for 20 min waiting to be helped. The girls turned their backs to me and wouldn't acknowledge that I was there. I have never been treated this way.

Not as good as it use to be,got served melted cookie dough ice cream for got to have it treat,to expensive to serve melted,I did not want a milkshake!! Cakes are good
My ice cream or toppings tasted like mold! I couldn't eat it after a few bites I was disgusted. When is the last time this place was cleaned?
