Core Roasters is one of my absolute favorites for pastries, offering unique and delightful flavors. This morning, I enjoyed a stunning apple and yuzu turnover along with a chocolate pastry—I can’t recall its name, but it was incredible! Over the past few months, I’ve tried many items from their menu and have consistently loved every pastry. The coffee is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. The only downside is that the pastries appear small, so it’s worth ordering two. Overall, a fantastic experience with great food, service, and atmosphere.
