Me and my family visited this costa during the snow and poor weather and the inside of the costa was disgusting. The floor was soaking wet all the way through and nobody was cleaning the floor or trying to dry it. The floors were dirty and had not been cleaned as there were crumbs under every table and we had visited in the morning so they had been there prior to this day. The staff were incredibly rude when it came to ordering my food and drinks. And one of the ladies seemed to know nothing about the drinks I wanted to order. My mum got given a dirty look when she asked for chocolate on top of her cappuccino. Not very happy with this visit at all.
