the workers are angry, they all do their absolute best, even if there is only one person working the 9 o'clock haste. phenomenal coffee and service, the personal always happy, a chat especially with regular. Today, I decided to visit the new Costa in Gillingham to see if the service had improved with the new shop. I ordered a flat white and a cheese and tomato sandwich. Unfortunately, the flat white was mostly froth, with the cup feeling almost empty. The sandwich was undercooked and lacked color, resembling more of a melted cheese mess on bread. It seemed like the oven was opened multiple times during the cooking process, resulting in the disappointing quality of the food. Ultimately, I ended up throwing both the coffee and food away. the new load is fantastic! so much seating and the whole room feels brighter. the coffee and the food were delicious as always, and the staff in this special filiale of the costa were wonderful. worth a visit.
