Four stars because the restaurant is very noisy but otherwise this is a very good place. The staff is friendly but probably not the most professional. They don’t know much about the food and wines on the menu, and answer questions like robots. The bar staff is different they know their drinks and act very professionally. We enjoyed the food very much but also thought it was upper average compared to real fine dining. Nonetheless, we would recommend this restaurant, and especially if you’re staying at the Westin right next door this is a very good alternative to the hotel restaurant. Oh, and the restrooms are quite cool!
We both love chicken and waffles, and if it’s on the menu, we’re ordering it—extra syrup, of course. But we were pleasantly surprised and utterly delighted by the lobster and waffles offering. Yes, lobster! Tender, perfectly seasoned, battered, and deep-fried lobster perched atop waffles studded with caramel chips. Absolutely incredible. The chicken and waffles were delicious as well. Our server, Doug, was fantastic—attentive and charming. We really enjoyed chatting with him. Overall, we had a wonderful brunch experience.
First time visiting this restaurant. We went for lunch and really enjoyed the experience. The restaurant is inside the mall but they also have another entrance from outside. We were seated right away. But there are times when they are very busy. Our waiter Noah was very kind and helpful. His recommendation was spot on. The food and service was very good. The only negative I have about this place is some of the customers are pretentious and they ruin the ambience.
Cov provides free parking and delicious dishes, including vegetarian options. Sundays tend to be quieter, making seating easier to find. Reservations are accepted, and the staff is outstanding with prompt service. Alcoholic beverages are offered as well. The macaroni and cheese I tried was the best I've had in Minnesota. Outdoor seating is available, and the prices reflect the quality of the food.

There are free parking spaces; the food was delicious. Sundays are less busy so seats were not difficult to get. There are options for vegetarians. You can RSVP before the time. Servers are very good and food came faster than expected. There is alcohol to order. Mac n-cheese I order was the best I had so far from any place I had in MN. The exterior seats are available. Food is worth the money.
Ordered sushi and a cocktail. Everything tasted good. The bar was not busy so I was surprised I had to ask for a napkin and chop sticks. If I wouldn’t of asked, I wonder how long it would of taken them to notice I didn’t have them. I’m also used to being greeted almost right away when I sit down at a bar. It took a while to get a hello. And they weren’t busy. Just odd. But the sushi was good
Had a fantastic first experience at Cov today. Katie did an excellent job guiding us through the menu, and her genuine hospitality was much appreciated. The Brunch **** Mary was fantastic—one of the best I've ever had—and the Miller High Life Pony Chaser was a real treat. The guacamole was delicious, the lobster roll outstanding, and the scallop risotto was exceptional. Highly recommended!

Love this place. Great food and cocktails in a modern beachy atmosphere. First time at this location. Not quite as good as the original in Wayzata but still great.
