So I’m in town traveling. I always go to a Cracker Barrel of a city I’m in has one. It’s my favorite restaurant and I recommend hundreds of thousands of people on my social media account. I called the location a couple days ago and asked if I can use their lot for my camper. They let me know where to park and gave my number. I had breakfast there that day and dinner. On April 8, 2024, we stopped at a Cracker Barrel on our way to Great Falls and decided to try their breakfast. We usually visit for lunch or dinner, so this was our first breakfast experience there. It was just okay. However, the service from Lukas was fantastic—he was very attentive. My husband kept dropping our utensils, but Lukas was quick to bring refills, and he helped us when we wanted extra gravy. The new Cherry Lemonade was delicious; I wish I had bought a gallon, but we still had a week left of our vacation!
I was visiting family in VA on this trip to what was one of my favorite restaurants when traveling.It was late afternoon during the week, not a lot of cars in lot, no line to be seated, appeared to be staffed adequately. Perhaps to busy with online orders like most places?Also, no one at the check-in area to be seated. When seated it took about 10-15 to have someone take my order. I ordered my usual 'big salad '. It was a sad salad. Left disappointed with my takehome box an order to go for a family member.
Definitely not given what it’s suppose to give!! Service was horrible no napkins when they give you silverware took 15mins after food to be delivered to come check-in, at that time I was ready for the check. I completely agree with Matt E's review. If the outside of a restaurant is this dirty, I can't help but wonder what the kitchen looks like, especially since that's an area customers never see. If the visible parts are in such poor condition, just imagine how terrible the areas we can't see must be! Can we get the FDA ranking for this place, please?
Tessa was an incredible server. She had impeccable attention to detail and made sure we were well taken care of. Food was great as usual—well done!
The food and atmosphere is amazing, our server felt like she had better things to do but she was ok.
A good spot to grab something to eat if you like breakfast or some southern inspired comfort food.
