I visited the restaurant on Friday, November 12th at 1PM for lunch. It was busy, with people waiting to be seated and pay. The organization was lacking, but the atmosphere was lively. Our server, Nicole, was excellent. We tried a variety of dishes, including Old Fashioned Lemonade, Peach Tea, French Toast, Fish Fry, Grilled Chicken, Biscuit Beignets, and more. The Lemonade and Peach Tea were delicious, but the French Toast was disappointing. The Fish Fry was good, but the fish was a bit dry. The Mac and Cheese was a standout dish. We enjoyed an excellent lunch here prior to catching a flight from DTW. They’ve got an extensive menu so it’s hard to choose a favourite! Ordered the fried chicken sandwich, subbing the bun for sourdough bread. It was delicious! Upgraded to a house salad as our side dish, as really enjoy their honey mustard dressing. And was the perfect accompaniment. We also enjoyed browsing their gift shop as they have so many unique items, it’s a great place to find gifts for any occasion!
Our server, Naomi, was absolutely amazing and patient. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I loved the fact she let us know ahead of time; food from the kitchen was running slower than usual. That takes the guessing out of where our food could be. The food wasn't the best, not sure if they have changed some things or if it was just an off night, but I will definitely be back just for the service alone and the shopping.
The parking is excellent, and I love that I can join the waiting list online. The food is consistently fantastic. Saturi is an outstanding server, and I always request to sit in his section. During Memorial Day 2023, things were a bit different: mimosas were offered on the menu, the crowds were smaller, and some items were out of stock, but the food remained delicious, and the service was still top-notch.

We dined at this restaurant two evenings in a row during our recent visit to the area. The service from the waitstaff was outstanding on both occasions. The food was delicious and served in generous portions. On our first visit, we were mistakenly charged for three iced teas instead of one, but they resolved the issue at checkout without any hassle.
I saw a post on Facebook about a breakfast deal and decided to come and see if the pancakes had crispy edges like the picture, and they sure did! The service at this restaurant was good, but slower than what you might find at most places. It felt like they could have used more staff. The gift shop offered a wide variety of gummy food candy, but I didn’t buy any because it didn't seem very appetizing.
Indulge in delicious food with your loved ones at this restaurant. The breakfast offerings are outstanding, especially the French toast. Don't forget to check out the gift shop too. The staff are wonderful as well. Definitely worth a visit!

Ok the food is not great, it is what it is. But this place is SO FUN and really feels like Southern Hospitality. All employees are kind and helpful and everything came out hot and fast.
I always love my visits to this location. The food was delicious and our server was amazing while she took care of our party of 12!
