Yesterday (Saturday), my daughter, grandson, and I went to this restaurant. It was very busy and we had to wait for a table, but that didn't bother us. The staff were helpful, polite, and nothing was too much trouble. When my daughter ordered the wrong milkshake, it was changed without any issue. I will definitely recommend this place and will be going again.
After reading the past reviews, it seems that the restaurant has changed its staff because we received excellent service with plenty of smiles. When I asked for a glass of water, it arrived immediately. The desserts were spectacular and reasonably priced for the portion size. We will definitely be returning very soon!
What a lovely place. Super friendly and a very contemporary ice cream parlour. A great array of desserts and the portion sizes are not for the faint hearted (or anyone watching the calories)!. Coffee was also excellent. I would highly recommend this for a sweet treat or decadent coffee stop.
Ignore the bad reviews, this place is amazing! Staff were brilliant, friendly and even added bells and whistles to my milkshake on request. Thanks for the amazing pudding and service. Best dessert place in Worcester and definitely worth a visit!! Book a table now
Fantastic choice of ice creams and sorbets. This is one of the few places than can satisfy my sweet tooth. The size of the portions are great value and the staff are really nice. The place is also kept very clean.
Amazing place. Staff very helpful and welcoming they let my little girl try a bit of ice cream before we order so we didn't waste money on something she didn't like. We loved it definitely going again.
I recently visited this restaurant and it was amazing. The staff was very attentive and the service was quick. I highly recommend trying it out. The cappuccino gelato was delicious.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We ordered Knickerbocker glory and Crep with strawberry and banana with chocolate sauce. All was delicious. Nice place for desserts
