Pizza is nice, but expensive, so we rarely purchase it. We ordered from there today because we realised our Dine and Discover vouchers were about to expire. We checked online on Service NSW beforehand to see if Crust did D&D and were informed that they did. Ordered over the phone, went to pick up, but they refused to accept our voucher. No refund offered, just an awkward apology. We’re not rich, guys, we weren’t prepared to spend over $40 on two ! pizzas.
Ordered peri peri chicken and a pepperoni. Both of them were dry pizzas, hardly any sauce on the base. Not cut properly all the way through. Minimal amount of ingredients on top. For $25 per pizza, go elsewhere. This is the 3rd chance I’ve given where it’s been consistently below average. 2 stars because the staff are friendly.
Service was friendly however the pizza wasn 't anywhere near as good as it used to be. My dessert 'scrolls ' was just burnt left over pizza dough that lacked filling. The cut back on toppings and a dessert made of scrap ingredients has given Crust a budget feeling which does not align with their high end pricing.
Terrible experience. The order was late, despite multiple calls the driver didn’t attempt delivery of the meal twice and blamed menulog’s phone system. Then after leaving a negative menulog review they called to harass me. Very unprofessional. Avoid this outlet drive the extra 5min to another Crust. Book a table now
Don’t waste your money or time, an absolute joke of a business. After waiting almost 90mins, I called and was told my pizza had already been delivered and “given to a guy.” I’ve been sitting in my living room for 90mins waiting. No one opened the gate or knocked at the door.
Absolutely disgusted. We waited 2 hours yesterday for our pizza to be delivered. 2 hours!!! It arrived cold and tough. Have emailed you only to be ignored and disregarded. I want my money back! What a joke. This isn't legitimate behaviour for a business!
Seems like there is less ingredients on the pizza than before. Also, calling 11 inch pizza large is a bit overstretched in my opinion. In general pizza was ok, but nothing like it used to be unfortunately.
Carbonara I order was disgusting. There are a lots of old mushrooms and garlics. Not at all creamy Carbonara sauce. I never order again. I recommend order from real Italian shops. Book a table now
Had to chase down a delivery that was very late and arrived cold. Staff did not deal with it professionally. I used to love this place but I won't be ordering here anymore.
