From the moment I placed my order, I had a feeling that this restaurant was not up to par. When I tried to call to inquire about my order, there was so much noise in the background that I couldn't even be heard. The delivery time was supposed to be 15 minutes, but it ended up taking 65. When the pizza finally arrived (after they attempted to deliver it to the wrong address), it was cold and soggy. I definitely will not be ordering from this place again.
We visit Crust quite often and always find it to be consistently good. We order online and pick up at a designated time. The pizza is always ready when we get there to collect it and the staff are always friendly. Far better than the offerings from other well known pizza chains. I think we have almost tried the entire pizza menu and have yet to be disappointed.
Ordered Delivery on Menu log. Was quoted an hour for delivery. Was here in the hour but not even luke warm. 3 pizza at $77 all cold plus one pizza came with guacamole in a small tub for the mexican pizza and it was all brown.Not the best experience

A nice place to get good crusty pizzas. We have bought pizzas over the years and always been satisfied. It is a bit pricey, but the service could be a little quicker. Great variety and taste.
