Went inside to order lunch. The kid working the counter seemed to be rushing us through our order. I barely finish with one item and he seems to be trying to cash us out. It was bad enough that we didn't order any custard because it felt like he wouldn't give us the time to look over the menu.The layout of the place is strange too. After I ordered, I had to walk what felt like halfway across the restaurant to wait at this little counter area. I got to stand awkwardly kind of close to people eating at the tables.Also, didn't notice until we left but apparently when you order burgers, they just automatically assume you want doubles. Our ice cream cone was served as a soupy mess in a dish, and the fries were undercooked, basically raw in the middle. We also didn’t receive two of our drinks, and instead of the buffalo chicken strips we ordered, they mistakenly gave us plain chicken strips. Overall, it was just disappointing. There was no communication about the wait, and we received no apologies for the chaotic situation in the parking lot as we waited for our food.
I have been wanting to try this restaurant for quite a few years and could not leave the area without trying it. Must say I was extremely pleased with my food. Everything was hot and made when ordered. Did not take too long to receive order once placed in drive-thru. I will definitely be trying other locations when I am in an area with one.
The food is delicious and prepared properly in a timely fashion. I enjoy ordering the Snack Pack, which is essentially a small basket that includes a single cheeseburger, fries, and a small drink. It's perfect for me and budget-friendly. As for wheelchair accessibility, it's very accommodating.

It's fantastic! It feels like the quality has really been maintained over time. I often avoid other restaurants because their food doesn't taste the way it used to, but this one is still impressive.
1st told 30 minute wait, then changed to 45 minute wait, then told not seating inside anymore. They were swamped, but it was the evening of the solar eclipse. Canceled order and left.
This location is awful! I did an online complaint with the restaurant and requested that someone contact me and they never did. Go to the Hershey location instead.
Staff is super friendly. Very clean. Always someone running vacuum and wiping down tables. Best burgers and fries in town.
