The manager and server provided excellent service; they were fantastic. However, the playroom had an odd smell that resembled the restrooms. Additionally, many of the stalls were lacking toilet paper. I also wish they offered better prices on the playing cards, as it felt like the kids used them up in no time. Despite these issues, I would still come back for fun or a birthday celebration.
Our waitress was absolutely fantastic! We had a reservation for about 40 people, and she was completely on top of everything. Everyone was impressed with how attentive she was. Even though she had other tables to serve, she managed it all seamlessly. The management only assisted by bringing out the food once it started coming out, but she handled everything else exceptionally well.
The samplers we ordered were disappointing. The BBQ chicken flakes on the bread were overly spiced, which wasn't suitable for my younger daughter. The ribs were severely burnt, so much so that they removed them from our bill since there was almost no meat left. The pretzel was delicious, but it only came with a small cup of cheese that had a gritty texture.
The service was really disappointing, and our server was consistently rude. We traveled from out of state to celebrate my son's achievement, and the only thing we truly enjoyed were the games. It took four attempts just to get our bill correct and to remove items we never ordered. Book a table now
I made a reservation, but when we arrived, it seemed like they weren't prepared for us. Our waiter was very friendly, although I can't recall his name. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite meet my expectations given the price.
The restaurant had a wastewater issue that caused a terrible odor, which made some guests feel unwell and unable to eat. I wish the management had informed us about the smell before we attended the event.

Ladies bathrooms were down which I understand that was out of there control but still kind of an inconvenience staff was really nice Book a table now
