There are recent reviews about some people claiming their kid was yelled at. I happened to be there that night. The kids were terror. There few several of them. They were throwing rubber balls, running around and broke one of the games. I couldn’t believe the parents of these kids just ate, drank beer, and did nothing. The kids needed a ton more than being yelled at. There was a complete lack of parenting from the group. This place is always friendly to everyone from what I have seen.
Delicious food-pizza per usual was greatand the seasonal salad was a delectable surprise with dried cranberries, pear, feta, and a cider vinaigrette.The service was superb. Our waitress, Pia, was beyond adorable and super attentive and thorough, despite the fact they were very crowded (and no wonder why!)With its live music, a cozy dining space, welcoming and professional staff, and wonderful food, it's a Bham/Homewood must visit spot.
Went to Dave’s last night late Oct ‘23. Enjoyed the outside covered dining area. The weather was perfect. Ordered a large Tuscan pizza. The pizza was great, the crust was nice and crunchy. Overall very pleased but I thought $35 for a large pizza was a little pricey. Recommended!
Loved this place and we can't wait to come back! The service was great and they had live music. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms and they were a little overdone around the edges but still yummy. And you can split the pizza in half so you can try 2 different kinds on one. Book a table now
Can't recommend this place highly enough! From the moment I came through the door they were so welcoming. Excellent pizza, perfectly cooked calzone, and they even have a lunch buffet Tues-Fri! I can't wait to come
Went with my wife and was wondering if Dave's was one of the best pizza places in the area and they did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the service, awesome and friendly.
Service took a long time but the food was good. The dining area is not completely indoors. Its like a covered patio, so my friends and I could talk loud and didn't bother others.

The chicken wings were not properly cleaned and had feather fibers and veins. The pizza was good, but not worth the price in my opinion.
