First stay in 2022 Perfect at all points: breakfast, comfort, kindness of the team. Second stay in June 2023 more disappointing, it was too hot in the room at night, and there is no air conditioning or fan, result we were eaten by mosquitoes because we left the window open. We took advantage of the bar at 6pm, there was only one table, we waited too long to have our two drinks, regulars even went directly to the counter because they must know that it takes time! On the morning of departure, I met twice the receptionist who never asked me whether I had slept well or whether the stay had gone well, even at the time of settlement. Lovely old buildings in a great location, but a bit quirky. Our kids room was right the other side of the hotel, response was that booking.com didn’t tell them which is odd; extractor fan was running all the time by our bed, but they disconnected on request the next day, and had to make a special request so towel rails to dry togs would work, owner likes to keep the off apparently which we felt was odd, but they did activate them once pushed. On the flip side, breakfast service was great. One night bar lady said bar was shut at 945pm but on pushing a little served us, and then others drinks .. again, a little odd!
By finding this rather nice bar on the internet, we didn’t expect anything so chic (for a couple under 25 years old). It is a very distinguished place that didn’t suit us. We were just looking for a cocktail bar but not something so refined. 16€ for a "creation" cocktail (which is not exceptional either) remains very expensive. In short, it was not for us. I would like to emphasize the kindness and knowledge of the bartender who made this moment enjoyable.
Excellent location and beautiful gardens. The products of high quality breakfast. However, the swimming pool is a utopia, too small and minute times ....to not disturb the accoled rooms. The rooms are spacious but equipped for a 4*. So too expensive for the comfort offered.

As a family, we had taken cocktails and ordered boards around 8:00 p.m., the vegetarian board overwhelmed us: dried vegetables and racornis and the hull was mold on the top ...we pulled the bottom of the fridge! superb location
We recommend 100%! The frame is beautiful! We took cocktails in the garden and were received as kings. A special thanks to Louis for the superb creations, we will be back with great pleasure!

In the centre of St Martin, this building full of history is set in four to relax. Surprise, the bar in the back doesn't even offer the prohibitive prices we could wait!
Very nice place to taste a brunch, with a good choice and quality products. Only negative point dogs are not accepted..
