I’m really frustrated with Del Taco World Headquarters because they forgot a couple of items on my order again! After picking up my food, I had to pull over in the parking lot just to double-check, and sure enough, they missed things once more. Since the doors were locked, I had to wait in the drive-thru line to fix it. By the time I got home, my fries and other items were cold or barely warm. It’s unbelievable how hard it is for them to simply go through the menu and check off each item. Clearly, it’s a struggle since they keep messing up my order repeatedly.
The food at Del Taco World Headquarters is excellent, and the drive-thru generally operates smoothly. It's one of the better Del Taco locations I've visited. I did experience a little disappointment with my carne asada fries once because they were lacking in carne asada, but I’ll definitely come back, as I truly enjoy the food. The quality of the food has really declined. They served tacos that had clearly been sitting out too long. I requested Beyond Beef, but they gave me beans instead. When I ordered meat-free tacos, it was obvious they just scraped the beef out of old tacos. When I tried to complain, they only offered $1 off my next order. I won’t be ordering from here again.
Del Taco World Headquarters is a family favorite, and I have no complaints. I always order a B/C burrito with green sauce, along with other items. Their burgers are also among my favorites!

The biggest problem I have with Del Taco is that the burritos are never consistent in size. They also tend to cram as much food as possible into one bag, which ends up crushing the tacos.
I can't say anything negative about Del Taco. The food is incredibly tasty and fulfills all my cravings. I highly recommend it!
