We were a group of 7, the server was nice but had a problem getting our order in on time, she came back to confirm the order 5 times because she couldn't understand the order....the worst was the music yes music we asked the server why was the music soloud her statement was the cooks like to listen to Spanish music(I have no problem with ANY type of music) but we were not ableto hear ourselves talking....we felt like we were in a carnival......the manager was very nice and checked on us after thisissues.. Due to the problems with the order taking one meal came out after we were all done eating
the service was great. the renting pancakes that my children ordered, looked exactly like they made it in the menu. hash browns were perfectly boiled, not undercooked not burned, speck was crunchy, over simple eier spot on. they've been chasing it. What else do you want? these Dennys beats many higher end restaurants where I am sincere go more often. I stopped here for a Spartan race and I was glad I did.
I was traveling with my family to Northern California and we stopped here to eat. The staff wasn?t very friendly or attentive. We had to ask for refills. The carpet was dirty and before we even entered the restrooms there was already a bad odor. Theexhaust fan in the restroom was LOUD and the quality of the food was poor. Not stopping here for future trips.
My husband and I went to Dennys on a Sunday afternoon on our way home from 3 days of great food in Catalina. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff were attentive , smiles everywhere and the food was hot and delicious. We ordered the build your own(burger). We both had grilled chicken burger, with all our favorite toppings. So good! This location is one of my favorites when traveling between Northern and Southern California. I decided to try something new...the Southwest Sizzling Platter. It did not dissapoint! Tasty, filling and not too spicy which is important to my 77yodigestive system. Service was excellent and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.
Hire people who want to work and kot be lazy and help the customers not be walking around or standing waiting for food to come out when others need help the guy at front register ask them to help and they all just look at us and did not help they did not seem short staff so just lazy
This is not a typical Denny's. It is a small town diner with lots of regulars. The servers try to get to know you and always welcome you back with a smile. Service is excellent. Chef here is the best of any Denny's. Very accommodating staff and wonderful place to grab a meal.
Standing in the rain on my 5 yr old granddaughters birthday from out of town with someone telling us no yet website says 10pm. They seem to close whenever they like. Here bout a month ago and saw them do the same early close on another poor family.

they served me raw meat twice. they refused to refund me. credit card wont let you dispute food. stay away from castaic restaurants in general. you have to weed through a lot of places to find the one or two worth eating at.
excellent! it was very clean including the bathroom! the food was delicious the service was fast and friendly! I would eat there again!
