I gave this place a bad review, and a well deserved one at that, but I keep coming back."
On the 4th of May we walked into dominoes and ordered three pizzas with garlic bread and coke. We had ordered a Peri Peri chicken, Peri Peri Beef and a vegorama with feta and Peri Peri. To our amazement what we got at home was no Peri Peri. When we called back to check the guy on the line tells us casually tells us he'll give us a free pizza. We don't make a fuss. We start to eat our pizza without peri peri sauce. To our amazement there was no feta! We were upset and the explanation we get was that there were a hundred pizzas they made and they made a mistake and not a big deal. The guy was arrogant and sounded as if we were trying to pinch a pizza. I told him I don't need even a single pizz...

Very average, could have made a better piece of toast and therefore NOT wasted my money. I wouldn't feed this pizza to my pets for fear of death or vet bills... I mean really... what **** do they add to these pizza's?? When you eat a pizza, you can taste the base, the sauce, the toppings plus maybe some smoking or burning or not burning... but this pizza had a taste of chemicals. It was like a Fukedashima Pizza. It didn't radiate anything good though. I almost got run over by a Domino on a bike with power steering as I left too... what is it with this place. Horrid.
Quality of the Pizza has dramatically reduced after they have renovated recently - I have even given my review comments in Dominos app - but no action taken. We have been regular from last 2 years but thinking of not going at all. Pizza will be doughy usually - not cooked and miss the salt or taste very often. They make pizza at lowest price and have good bargain with the promotion code they send - but quality was not like this before.

dominos has invested significantly time and money in customer service! we are completely surprised after we recently tried dominos for the first time in about 5 years. the live pizza tracker is great. menu delivers all flavors that they might wish for a reasonable price, but. I never thought I had a wow factor from a pizza chain. I'm rebuilt. Pizza Cupers have to play their game now.
Dominos has clearly invested time and money into customer service!! We are totally surprised after trying Dominos recently for the first time in about 5 years. The 'Live Pizza Tracker' is awesome. Menu delivers all the flavours you could want for a budget price but I never thought I'd get a 'wow factor' from a pizza chain. I'm converted. Pizza capers need to up their game now.
If you are on a budget, Dominos Simply Cheese is a great value Pizza that is loaded with options - thin 'n' crispy, deep crust or for an extra $3.00, a cheese stuffed crust.
For $5 - even with a 0.75 bank holiday surcharge - no one can argue with the value. The service is a force to be reckoned...
pizzas had a good cover of hits and were delivered quickly, even without paying the surcharge and were still hot. that seems to be the norm for this load. the personal is always friendly when we pick up pickup orders.

Never coming back at Clayfield dominos ???????????? so rude ???????? and I asked for barbecue sauce I didn't get it I asked for extra toppings didn't get it (I payed $4something) ????????????
