This will be my last time ordering from this restaurant. They are dishonest and deceitful. My husband ordered pizzas for delivery and was told it would take 2 hours, so he decided to pick it up instead. He specifically mentioned that he should not be charged for delivery, but when I went to pick up the pizza, I noticed that we were still charged for it. When I brought this up, one person offered to cancel the payment and ring it up again, while another worker said it was not possible and would take 5 to 10 minutes. Years ago this place was reliable. Not sure what happened and I'm not sure why I continue to order from here. (Only place nearby that delivers I guess) Now the site no longer tracks the status and I have to call every time to ask where my order is. The food is usually good though. Update 2023...service still bad/Tabatha with the nasty attitude needs to do better.
absolutely the worst service in wayne county from dominos I live 25 minutes away and that is the second time that they have failed me over a period of 2 weeks.
