I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service at this Domino’s Pizza location. It was my first time ordering from here. I arrived in the parking lot and placed my order through their app. When my order was ready, I notified them, and the timer started, but then unexpectedly stopped. I looked around, but no one came out with my pizza. A few minutes later, I saw a delivery car leave and thought they might have accidentally taken my order, so I called the store. We decided to visit Domino's Pizza, and to our surprise, the restaurant was quite empty. When we asked how much longer it would take, we were told it would be 15 minutes before they even started preparing our order! We were very hungry, so we agreed to wait a bit longer. Since the wait was unusually long, we asked about getting the delivery fee refunded.

I recently attempted to call and talk to a manager about an issue my boyfriend experienced while picking up a pizza. He had a coupon, but when I entered it online, the total didn’t change. I gave him the coupon to take to the store, but when he arrived, they informed him they couldn't apply it because it wasn't in their system. When I called to address this, the woman who answered asked why I needed to speak with a manager. I explained that I didn’t want to repeat myself, and she responded that since I wouldn’t explain the issue, I would have to wait because the manager was busy making pizzas. I can say that if you actually receive your order, it's a decent experience. However, management really needs to pay attention to whoever is responsible for closing at night. This is the second time in a row that I've waited for my food, only to find out nearly two hours later that it was canceled because the staff clearly couldn't read the address on the sticker. It's quite disappointing. I also suggest that they implement a recorded line so management can hear how employees talk to customers after hours.

We recently moved into a new house, and I didn't think I would find another Domino's as good as the one on McKelvey Rd. in Maryland Heights, but this location surpasses it in so many ways! Everything has been exactly as I ordered and delivered either ahead of schedule or just on time (I use their app to order). The delivery drivers have been fantastic, going above and beyond to bring little extras that we often forget to ask for or don’t expect when ordering online. Thank you!
I ordered a gluten-free pizza through the app and went to pick it up. When I got there, I was told it would take an additional 10 minutes. To my surprise, they didn’t have any gluten-free crusts available. Seriously? While this might seem like a small issue in the grand scheme of things, it was still quite frustrating. In the end, I ended up buying a gluten-free pizza at Schnucks for half the price.
Great pizza at a great price! There’s always something special on the menu. Whether you prefer thin crust like I do, or thick crust, hand-tossed, or deep-dish, they’ve got it all! The wings were also pretty decent. A large pizza with three toppings costs around $8, while a two-topping pizza averages between $12 and $14. You really can’t beat those prices!
The food is quite flavorful and well-seasoned. I had actually stopped ordering from Domino's because the location at 9432 Natural Bridge always used too many red peppers, and I prefer my pizza with extra spices. Now I've found the right place to satisfy my cravings!

Since its establishment, Domino's Pizza has consistently been one of my favorite options for pizza delivery. They are always quick with their deliveries, and the pizzas arrive hot. I highly recommend Domino's Pizza!
