The online order seems simple, but they do not specify which pizza toppings are gluten-free. The pizzas were ready in less than 30 minutes for picking up during the Lents! The pizzas were carefully mounted. They looked like beautiful pizzas. The regular red sauce has to season and is too sweet. The gluten-free crust is pretty good. The regular hand tossed crust needed a longer baker or it is just too muddy.
