I ordered a custom pizza in Kings Langley, NSW for $32 and was very disappointed when I opened the box. I had paid $2 extra for each additional ingredient, but only received a few of the eight that I ordered. When I called to complain, the person on the phone was not very apologetic and suggested I buy pizza elsewhere if I was unhappy. They also forgot to include sauces for the chicken dish I ordered. When I asked for pizza sauce instead of garlic on my cheese pizza, they refused. Despite my attempts to compromise, they rudely hung up on me without offering a solution.
