It has a traditional Indian, but high end look about it. The tables were gorgeous to look at, but due to the table leg thickness, the space to put our legs was uncomfortably awkward. My friend wore a narrow skirt and she had to sit at an angle, while everyone else had their legs spread wide. I attended this restaurant with a friend for dinner. I was familiar with the restaurant as I previously worked in the area and the outside aesthetic is much better than most in the area. Once inside, I was pleasantly surprised by the ambience of the...restaurant, someone really put effort into the details of the decor and it shows. One thing that I will say is that, spending that much time in detail should prompt the owners to maintain the deco. The upholstery on some of the furniture looks quite soiled which will happen in a restaurant with ivory coloured seats. There should be some sort of monthly steam cleaning for the chairs as this is a small detail to maintain the look they are obvious...
This was the first time we ate at this restaurant. The decor was impressive but very poorly maintained. It seemed that the owners lost interest in maintaining the place after overspending on the aesthetics. The ladies washroom was extremely filthy. It took a long time to be served because they were understaffed, The food was okay but we felt that it was overpriced. The staff were polite. The owner who was present during the course of the meal took no initiative in connecting with the customers.Not a very satisfactory experience. I will not return.
Pricey Food, Very Small Portion, Below Average taste of an authentic Indian cuisine. Dum pukt biryani tasted like masala rice that we get on Air india flights Horrible service, had to wait for 1 hour 20 minutes for food to arrive. Manager Lady with glasses very rude. Not meant to be a manager or even a waiter. No customer service skills what so ever. Only thing nice about this place was the ambiance. Spoiled our evening by going to this place. Never ever.

I was so impressed by the ambiente, service and eating in you pukht! the restaurant looks and feels so modern and eating is incredible. the butter chicken, the butter/garlic naans and the dum pukht biryani were the best I have tasted so far! I would recommend trying this place if they were looking for a delicious Indian restaurant.
Food was good server, Anise was outstanding but the restaurant was COLD and water from the taps in the washrooms was freezing. Patrons kept their coats on. Regretfully I would not recommend due to those issues.
Had amazing service and the food was just divine. We had the Dum Pukht Mutton biriyani and the Dum Pukht Mutton was amazing. Ali, our server gave the amazing recommendation and was very attentive.
