I visited the drive-thru and ordered two drinks: the Mango Lemonade with pineapple. The lady repeated my order and directed me to the next window. When I received my drinks, they appeared a bit watery, but I assumed it was just not mixed properly. However, when I got home and tasted them, it was horrible.
I called to inform them about the issue, and the person who answered told me that they had discontinued the lemonade. I was surprised because the cashier should have mentioned that before I paid, so I could decide if I still wanted the drink without the lemonade. I requested a refund since the drink was not as expected. She told me she could refund my money but offered me coffee instead....
The service there is quite deceptive. We requested light ice in our iced coffee and ended up being charged extra because they claimed we were getting more coffee. The total was $7.88 for two medium iced coffees, even with a $2.22 discount on one. The staff was very rude as well. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even my mother-in-law.
They said they didn't have any donuts and when we tried to tell them to cancel our order they told us to do it our self then tried to give us a drink we didn't order and then tried instead of giving us donuts giving us more of the drink we didn't
I had a wonderful experience at this café. The coffee was excellent, and the service was quick and friendly. My drink was perfectly prepared, and I also appreciated the new self-service kiosk, which worked smoothly.

This DD has the best morning crew. Stephanie, Josh and Miguel are the best. But the whole crew is great. Food is always made good. Customer service is fantastic. Management great job on hiring.
My big brother Pete brought me a cup of coffee, and it was fantastic! Much better than McDonald's. Dunkin' Donuts really has great coffee; you should give it a try and see what I mean!
The restaurant is located in a great spot, easily accessible from the western suburbs of Illinois, right off Route 290. If you're in a rush, it's perfect for a quick grab-and-go meal.
