I’ve been coming to this location since I moved to the neighborhood just because it’s the most convenient to me. The type of service I get is extremely different from what time of day I happen to visit. I’ve been in at 11 and received snappy service and cold and soggy food. This past week I’ve visited a few times in the late afternoon and seen the exact opposite. The two people running the store were extremely friendly and attentive, made sure they got my order right and made me delicious food. One day in particular there was a bit of a wait maybe 5 minutes or so and the young woman was very sorry for the wait and gave me a free extra donut as an apology. hate to leave bad reviews but it’s a genuine accomplishment how terrible this dunkin is? been coming here as a last resort) for yearssss and i usually order the same drink, but it literally never tastes the same. the only thing that’s consistent is how bad it tastes: the food is usually quite stale and sloppy, obvi i’m not expecting much but like cmon. i will say they always have my mobile ready when i get there and the lines move super quick in my experience. workers are usually not in a great mood but it’s food service and i do nawt blame them. for a long time a couple years ago there was a nice lady who made my coffee perfectly each time, i don’t think she’s here anymore but i miss u girl...
The worst Dunkin I have ever been to You go to place an order and they ignore you for 5 minutes.They do not even say we are busy thanks for your patience.They advertise a 3dollar sausage egg and cheese sandwich but when the girl rang it up it rung up 5.19.I told her that's not the right price 3 times but she still rang it up wrong.The manager did come over to fix it at last after waiting another 5 Minutes.I got the order and the sandwich was burned. Coffee was thrown at me like I was a bad person for wanting to be charged the advertised price lol.Dunkin you can do better!
Great service! Mariah and a young man helped me today and they had such good energy and were genuinely such a pleasure to be around. So much better than every other employee I’ve seen here. They were so quick and efficient with my order. I was almost ready to stop coming here due to other employees being unpleasant but those two changed my mind. Hope to see them again! I hope management sees how incredibly hard they work and appreciates that they are the reason I will be bringing in more family and friends to their buisness

I arrived to pick up my order as it was ready but it wasn't. Lady there didn't have it ready until after I arrived. If it's a mobile order, please have it ready before we come in. I get tired of this often when I stop by here. I'm done. Update: i went by again today, they didn't have it ready until after arriving. Wow. Service I guess is now pretty low and unsatisfactory. Won't bother stopping by again, thanks for the memories.
Staff is slow and rude. My order is seldom correct. Attempted to place an order today and waited for someone to take my order, sadly after 5 min of sitting no one greeted me or took my order. I drove off.
ordered two coffees, both of which were made incorrectly, on top of missing a donut from my order and using the wrong protein for my bagel, would not recommend this mess of a Dunkin.
There service suck they can't make a Bagel because the drive thru has car what type of service is that the manager should be fired and I did an app order walk in it zero
