I visit this restaurant every morning before work, and I have to say, mornings here are truly the best! The staff is consistently friendly and cheerful, and they always remember my order, which makes each visit feel special. Having worked in customer service myself, I greatly admire their dedication and energy. Thank you for starting my day off on the right foot every time!
The donuts were well risen and appropriate size. Must visit if you are near by. The team is helpful and very handy. I ordered donut and Onion Chives stuffed mini bagels. Forgot to order coffee and they still obliged. Have a great time ordering and enjoying your snack time. The heart shaped Boston Creme Donut won our hearts
If I could give this place a zero, I absolutely would. We spend a significant amount of money here every week on coffee, and we shouldn't be treated poorly. This is the fifth time that Carmella, with her dyed hair, has been rude to me and my friends during our visits. From now on, I think I’ll take my business elsewhere.
order a dozen 2 donuts online half an hour before picking up. still was not ready and the opposite has made me for ordering donuts about the running gear thru even though I ordered online. that's not the first time they snore, but it's the last for me, that's safe. Book a table now
Went through the drive-thru and they forgot my hash browns went back in and got them proceeded down the road and reached into my bag and my sandwich was cold it was never double toasted like I asked and nothing was cooked through
I never go to Dunkin, but I'd had labwork done and needed a quick pick me up. I had a frozen drink and it was good. The service was great and it was early morning. Kudos Dunkin all the way.
Sat in drive through line for 15 minutes with 4 cars in line. This is after ordering ahead, what’s the purpose. I understand staffing is an issue everywhere, but this is ridiculous
99% of the time you don't receive what you actually order. Drive thru is ridiculously slow and they're very rude. Book a table now
